  • Your primary responsibility is to make sure we have coverage for all scopes in the project. This includes making phone calls, sending reminders about when RFIs, job walks and projects are due.
  • You will cultivate a relationship with the subcontractors to make sure they have everything they need to submit a complete bid. This will help you create a comprehensive cost estimate in the future.
  • Ensure that the cost estimates are uploaded on Building Connected and filled out correctly to bid level.
  • You will collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and labor. This may involve requesting quotes, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project timelines.
  • You may need to attend events including golf tournaments, fishing tournaments, meetings, conferences, etc to meet new contractors and tell them about what Anchor Construction has to offer.
