Job Summary: The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for owning and executing the full-cycle recruitment process for all new hires. This role requires a proactive leader who can develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, prescreen candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. You’ll work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and help build a high-performing, values-aligned team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles across the company.
  • Partner with department leads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels.
  • Prescreen candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a small or growing company.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications / SaaS industry is a plus.
