DTL Injury Attorneys in Boca Raton is a full-service law firm that handles all types of accident and injury claims. Our personal injury attorneys take on the toughest cases and always do everything in our power to obtain the maximum compensation that each and every client deserves. Our clients can trust that their claims will be in good hands when they come to us. Our growing firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to add to our team.

Legal Assistant Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing general administrative support to litigation paralegal and attorney.
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assisting with legal research.
• Assisting in the discovery process, including depositions, subpoenas, interviews, etc.
• Assisting in reviewing and responding to interrogatories and discovery.
• Assisting in preparing and serving deposition subpoenas for production of records and personal appearances
• Assisting with preparation for trials.
• Maintaining accurate and organized case files and calendar.
• Assisting with preparing legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, and motions.
• Preparing closing statements.

Experience & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year's experience working as a personal injury litigation legal assistant is required
• College degree preferred but not required
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Articulate
• Fast learner
• Assertive
• Self-motivated
• Takes initiative

Legal Assistant Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year (based on experience) + Bonus opportunity.
