T Project Manager – Data Centers

San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Salary Open and Negotiable, Relocation Package

Requirements:

Direct experience managing data center construction projects from planning through completion
Proven experience managing construction projects in a mission-critical environment
Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Strong knowledge of construction project management practices, procedures, and processes
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software

Responsibilities:

Lead construction projects for data center customers, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to meet project specifications and client requirements
Manage subcontractor performance, RFIs, change orders, budgets, and schedules
Maintain client communication and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle
Support installation, commissioning, and turnover activities in line with data center operational standards
